Madeleine, the owner and founder of Chocolate Hollow, began as a hobbyist chocolate maker. She set out on a mission to find a solution to the quality vegan milk chocolate problem - there wasn't any!
With trial and error she crafted our decadent and delicious signature Schmilk and Dark Velvet recipes.
We started out at the local farmers’ markets and now supply our products to over 70 stores.
We currently partner with two distributors and we are breaking into Whole Foods in our region.
We have even begun supplying a store in Australia!
